Coffee for weight loss

Weight loss is one of advantages of  Coffee. Coffee helps you transfer energy better. Caffeine in coffee helps fatty acid in blood metabolize into energy for easy consumption, in other words, a cup of coffee can promote burning fat in the body. Caffeine also has a diuretic effect, which can make the body release toxins thus helping to reduce fat.

Harvard University researchers claim that if you use 500mg-600mg of caffeine, equivalent to about 4 cups of coffee will not cause any unwanted effects. Therefore, you can use about 2 cups of coffee per day without adverse effects on your health.

The right way for weight loss

- After a meal approximately 30 to 60 minutes, use a cup of coffee without sugar. A cup of black coffee will help you reduce lumber and accumulated fat in your body is burned faster. However, people with indigestion, insomnia, do not drink coffee in the evening. You should not also drink coffee while you are hungry, if you do not want to get stomach ulcers.

- Before exercising about 30 minutes, you can drink a little coffee to be more excited. Fatty acids will be energy to speed up burning lumber during exercise.

- Do not add sugar into coffee: If you are not familiar with the bitter taste of coffee, you can add a little bit of milk. Certainly do not add sugar, because sugar will hinder the resolution of fat.

- Hot coffee is better than cool one because hot one helps your body release energy faster.
