  • Sit comfortably and rub your hands together until they feel warm. Close your eyes and cover them lightly with your palms. Avoid applying pressure to your eyeballs. This method is called palming, repeat this for three minutes.
  • Lightly press three fingers of each hand on your upper eyelids. Hold them there for 1-2 seconds, then release. Repeat this for five times.
  • Roll your eyes clockwise for 30 seconds, then take rest for 30 sec again do this in counter clockwise for another 30 sec. Repeat this for five times. Blink your eyes when it completes one circle.
  • Focus on a distant object for 10-15 seconds. Then, slowly refocus your eyes on a nearby object without moving your head.
  • After completing all your exercise finish with palming or any other relaxation exercise.
