  • Reducing intake of caffeine, sugar and foods that are high in fat has been proven to help reduce the occurrence of panic attacks. Adjust your diet according to this and reduce the intake of fat rich products.
  • When you feel of panic attacks just stick with someone you trust and feel safe around.
  • Drinking plenty of water is also important. Water helps to cleanse the body and keep it in proper working order. Doctors in fact recommend that a person drink at least eight cups of water every day.
  • Daily exercise helps prevent attacks as it helps one to reduce stress. One should choose a form of exercise that is comfortable with and enjoys doing.
